The idea of “topicaltalks” came to my mind when my age is 36 and that’s age i already work 4+ american football club and 2 different medical institute as a physician. I realized that lot of players really suffering for different injuries. and trust me they are avoidable.

For any player injury is very dangerous for their long carrier. also for example jimmy is my favorite student and he also love me much, because i give him lot of information about injury and how to prevent them. he become my best friend within months. but one day, when he do regular exercise and just practice with their mate, he laying down and his ankle damage unexpectedly. and for that, 6 month he going full rest. and every athlete know its very hard to come back best form when he comes from injury.
